Covid-19 has created a renewed interest in LPAs, as well as Wills.

Everyone wants one, just in case they become one of those unfortunate people hospitalised due to Covid-19.

Apart from the shielding issues of getting the forms signed, the biggest problem is the current wait time of 8 to 10 weeks to get the forms registered by the Office of the Public Guardian.

The forms cannot be used until registered, so if you want to get them in place and start the 8-10 week clock ticking, please do get in touch.
